This website was created to provide a service to homeowners of the Buenavante community. Our neighborhood is composed of three subdivisions, Buenavante 1, Buenavante 2 and Rancho San Carlos. The biggest issue facing our communities is the uncontrolled expansion of short-term rentals.

As we remained unprotected, there has been an increase in the number of home sales which have become short term rentals, often with out of state owners. As many neighbors continue to be affected negatively by these short-term rentals, we as a community have voted to limit new rental properties to a minimum of 30 days. Check out your subdivision to view the CC&R amendments filed on September 1^st, 2021.
